não posso deixar de agradecer todas as lindas mensagens - blog, instagram, face, mail... - força e sugestões! encheu-me o coração, mandem muitas mais, estou sempre aqui!

mudar de cara do blog foi um projeto muito pensado. a mudança exterior vem sempre de dentro. este é mais um passo neste projeto, conceito de vida. vou incluir também os meus ensinamentos de nutrição e receitas que tenho aprendido e experimentado. e aprofundar as práticas de yoga, quero inspirar pessoas a ter uma prática diária espiritual, seja ela meditação, yoga, tai chi... nós somos seres holísticos e portanto não usamos apenas o lado intelectual. vamos aprender a ser completos, só assim percebemos a vida e o que nos traz aqui. e prometo também que vou dar o meu melhor a quem me pediu para ser mais regular! hoje a pedido de várias famílias deixo o último artigo da máxima que escrevi para quem não teve oportunidade. leiam as dicas que dou e conheçam um pouco da minha história digestiva. para o próximo mês há mais! surpresas lindas!!

os começos requerem carinho, atenção e tratamento sagrado. tornar especial tudo o que fazemos. tal como o altar deste blog com o desenho da Lou. ninguém como ela sabe transmitir o que me vai na alma. e como na prática do ashtanga, a repetição e a assunção dos movimentos para que, com o tempo o corpo abra, eu ponho aqui estas palavras que não me canso de ler. esta é a essência do que queria e que espelha tão bem este espaço. de amor, de entrega, de partilha.

Quando penso na Filipa logo me vem à mente a imagem das suas 2 princesas, Carlota e Johaninha, que ainda nem conheço mas que já fazem parte de mim. Foi impossível não inclui-las no desenho principal. A flor de lótus simboliza Filipa e toda a beleza, pureza e a constante transformação e abertura do seu coração oriundas da pratica do Yoga. A lótus representa também nossa ligação com a Mãe India, o lugar especial onde nos re-encontramos nessa vida. As 2 flores menores, as frangipanes minhas favoritas, representam as meninas, o lado doce, belo e simples de ser, e também Bali, a Ilha dos Deuses onde Filipa habita no momento e é um dos meus lugares favoritos nesse Mundo. O portal representa o proprio blog, como um meio de comunicação e expressão, um canal para o mundo. Filipa carrega esse dom, de ser tão carismática e comunicativa que não ha quem resista a ela.... ;)

Filipa meu amor, desejo que tenhas cada vez mais aprendizados e momentos felizes para compartilhar com o mundo, nesse portal magico que criamos em conjunto e que acaba de renascer, feito com tanto amor para expressar e inspirar o belo, puro e verdadeiro sentido da vida que é ser e viver com amor.»

changing face of the blog was a very thought out design. a real external change comes from within.  I will also include my nutrition teachings and recipes that I have learned and experienced. and deepen the practice of yoga, I want to inspire people to have a daily spiritual practice, be it meditation, yoga, tai chi ... we are holistic beings.  way life and what brings us here. and i promess to be more regular for the ones who very sweetly asked me! today I am sharing the last article i published, sorry for the non-portuguese... and next month there will be more and nice surprises!

beginnings require care, we must make them sacred. as the altar of this blog with Lou´s design. nobody like her knows how to express me. and as the practice of ashtanga, repetition of movements and the assumption that, over time the body opens, I share these words here. I can't have enough of them. this is the essence of this space. love, giving and sharing.

When I think of Filipa it immediately comes to mind the image of her two princesses, Carlota and Johaninha, that i still didn't meet, but who are already part of me. The lotus flower symbolizes Philippa and all the beauty, purity and constant transformation and opening her heart arising from the practice of Yoga. The lotus also represents our connection to Mother India, the special place where we re-met in this life. 
The two smaller flowers, frangipanis are my favorite, representing the girls, the sweet side, to be beautiful and simple, and also Bali, the Island of the Gods where Filipa dwells at the moment, one of my favorite places in this world. 
The portal is the blog as a means of communication and expression, a channel for the world. Filipa carries this gift, to be so charismatic and communicative that no one can resist her....;) 
Filipa my love, i wish you continue to share this path with the world with more and more followers, throw this magical portal we created together and that has been reborn, made with so much love to express and inspire the beautiful, pure and true meaning of life that is simply to live with love».
