dar espaço, entregar-me à vontade dos deuses. nada mais há a fazer do que a criar espaço para respirar, deixar fluir, ver de fora para poder continuar na direção que, afinal, já lá estava mas que teimava em aceitar. por entrega a outros, por receio, por dúvidas... mas no fim chega o momento. a consciência cósmica é mais forte, o coração fala mais alto do que a mente, e só aí há espaço para a felicidade.
a minha prática deu-me o aviso. o joelho partiu, articulações são emoções. a cabeça vai numa direção, o coração noutra e partimos. mas cresce a consciência e com isso a clareza da mente.

create space, surrender to god´s will. there is nothing else to do than to let it flow, see from the outside perspective, to continue in the direction that, after all, was already there but we resisted to accept. commitments to others, fear, doubts... at the end it just comes. cosmic consciousness is stronger! the heart speaks louder than the mind, and only then there is space for happiness.
my practice gave me the warning. the left knee kind of broke and joints are - they say - emotions. the head goes in one direction, the heart on another. but it grows awareness and with that comes clarity of the mind.
