De repente aquele amor e aquela luz de Bali enchem a nossa pequena casa de Murches. Uma família pura e linda de coração aberto entra e espalha a magia da ilha dos deuses, como se Bali me esteja a dar o sinal de que tudo está bem e de que o caminho está a fluir. Que bem me soube ver fadas e anjos de Bali encherem a nossa casa de luz divina.

And out of a sudden the Bali energies' invade our small hearty home in the little village of Murches. A beautiful and pure family with that love and that light and the hearts opened comes in and spreads the love and the magic of the island of the gods, as if Bali gives me a clear sign that all is well and that the path is flowing in the right direction. How good it felt to me to see fairies and Bali angels filling our divine space ~ as if our home is being blessed with the ceremonies and the ancestral lineage of the universal Gods.. Thank you Lynley and Josh Wise to keep our home safe and for blessing it with the incenses and the spices of the magic island with meditations and yoga practices as only angels can do.

hoje é dia de agradecer aos gurus aos mestres aos professores aos orientadores ~ aos que nos guiam o caminho da luz e da clareza. ouvi o meu professor um dia dizer que os primeiros gurus são as mães. assim presto hoje homenagem à minha mãe, mulher bonita e elegante, forte e que fez de mim parte do que sou. sei que rebeleei um pouco mas a minha mãe também. a minha mãe mais do que eu até. de menina com criada própria, estudou num colégio de freiras, universidade, maio de 68, 25 de abril, macau, muitas viagens, muitos livros, muitas aulas, muitas conferências, muita coisa, uma energia que não acaba... ainda hoje. 

quero sempre lembrar a minha mãe pela criatividade, pelo riso, por saber-se divertir, por ter os melhores amigos de todos, por ser a melhor avó do mundo, um exemplo de elegância. sim porque hoje sou eu mãe e a viagem já começou para mim também. obrigada mãe guru. 

e obrigada a todos os outros gurus que se seguiram. são eles que nos guiam à luz e que dissipam a escuridão da ignorância.

today is the day to thank the gurus the teachers the guiders ~ those who provide us the way to light and clarity. I heard my teacher one day saying that the first gurus are mothers. so I honor today my mother. woman, goddess, beautiful and elegant, strong ~ the one who build part of who I am. I rebelled a bit but so did she. from the girl who studied in a nun´s school, she made her way beautifully, university, May 68, April 25, macau, many trips, many books, many classes, many conferences, a lot of power still today...

I want to always remember my mother for her creativity, laughter, knowing how to have fun, to have the best friends of all, for being the world's best grandmother, an example of elegance. thank you mother guru.

and thank you to all the other gurus that followed. it is they who guide us to the light dispelling the darkness of ignorance.

walk in nature

enjoying nature being nature is probably one of the best elixirs for life love and peace. it's just magic the way it works when we connect to our essence. walk in nature, barefoot, smell, hear the sounds, feel the energy, let go. just be.

the path of union - the desunited kingdom

desde que dei um «break» ao mundo das hard news que pouco ou nada falo sobre política ou sobre o que chamam de política nos dias que vivemos. tenho feito raras excepções quando sinto que devo fazer. hoje é um desses dias. 

a propósito do Reino Unido. porquê? porque venceu o não yoga - venceu o medo, venceu a desunião. venceu, na minha modesta opinião, o contrário do que o yoga manifesta. 

Yoga é união em sânscrito, união do corpo e da mente, é o caminho para chegar à unidade que, em última instância, nos leva ao supremo espírito em que somos um com o todo. é essa a nossa verdadeira essência, a essência da humanidade que nos levará à liberdade. yoga é liberdade. e enquanto o caminho for a separação, a dualidade, a divisão vamos sofrer. este sofrimento porventura faz parte do caminho mas é e será doloroso porque não nos completa, como um e como uma comunidade. 

entendo que tudo acontece porque tem de acontecer e, nesse sentido, o Reino Unido desuniu-se dos outros porque tinha de ser. porventura para nos acordar, para entendermos que não é essa a direcção e que se não acordarmos o sofrimento universal vai continuar. 

senti tristreza mas aceito. foi a escolha que foi feita, mesmo que não reflita a energia que a maioria do mundo quer. e daqui pensar que o trabalho de quem pratica yoga é cada vez mais forte. a mim tornou-se ainda mais claro: a liberdade, o espírito, a união - raison d´être da humanidade.

since I gave a «break» on the hard news world that little or none at all I talk about politics or about what they call politics on the days we live in. I have done a few exceptions when I felt I had to. today is one of those days.

about the United Kingdom decision to leave the EU. why? because it won the non yoga, it won the fear, it won disunity. it did win, in my humble opinion, the opposite of what yoga manifests.

Yoga means union in Sanskrit, union of the body and the mind, it is the path of union that ultimately leads to the supreme spirit in which we are one with the whole. that is our true essence, the essence of humanity that will lead us to the most wanted freedom. yoga is freedom. while the path is separation, duality, division we will continue and spread the suffer. this suffering perhaps is part of the way but it is and will be painful as its doesn't complete us, as one and as a community. 

I believe in the say that everything happens because it is meant to be and, in this sense, the United Kingdom desunited itself  from the others because it had to be. perhaps to wake us up, to understand that this is not the direction and if we don´t wake up the universal suffering will remain.

I felt sad but accepted. It was the choice that was made, even if it does not reflect the energy that most of the world wishes for. and hence the work of those who practice yoga got stronger. to me it became clearer: freedom, spirit, unity, oneness - the humankind´s raison d´être.

the yoga day

o dia de yoga foi reconhecido pelas nações unidas há um ano. antes já era comemorado mas a oficialização pela NU deu uma importância diferente a este dia. 

o meu dia foi de yoga, de novo. tive uma pratica bem funda hoje. o resto do dia sereno e tranquilo. pensei no master guru, em Sharath, em quem tenho acompanhado a tour deste ano, nos Estados Unidos. e reparei que aparecia uma palavra nova para mim, paramaguru... fui espreitar e percebi que a Sharath foi dado este título pelos Sadhus e Sannyasis dos Himalaias. significa o mais alto guru. e isto para dizer que no dia do yoga pensei no mais alto guru e como o trabalho que tem feito está a ajudar na criação desta energia global. há hoje e sente-se um movimento de pessoas empenhadas em criar uma mudança de consciência universal para nascer uma sociedade mais aberta, mais iluminada, construída baseada nos princípios da paz, sustentabilidade, amor, abundância, criatividade, saúde. 

é assim que entendo o dia do yoga. um dia para crescer a consciência do planeta. um momento mágico.

UN made oficial the yoga day last year. before it was being celebrated but the recognition by the UN gave new importance to this day.

my day was yoga again. I had a good norning practice today. and the rest of the day was serene and peaceful. I honestly thought of the master guru Sharath. I have been following the tour this year in the United States. and I noticed it appeared a big word for me, paramaguru ... I realized that Sharath was given this title by Sadhus and sannyasis of the Himalayas. It means the highest guru. 

and this to say on the day of yoga I thought of the highest guru and how his work has been inspiring  in creating this global energy movement of people who are helping the change the universal consciousness to give birth to a more opened society, enlightened, built based on the principles of peace, sustainability, love, abundance, creativity, health.

It is how I understand the yoga day. one day to grow the consciousness of the planet. a magic moment.

um solstício em dia de lua cheia. dose dupla de luz celeste. já olharam a lua? eu sou super conectada com a Lua há muito tempo, é como a minha outra metade que me ouve e ilumina sempre que preciso. eu vi-a nascer hoje e linda que estava e cheia. ao mesmo tempo o dia mais longo do ano - é o universo a oferecer-nos um presente: um poderoso impulso à consciência universal e abrir caminho ao potencial espiritual.

é um alinhamento raro. e como raro que é também terá será auspicioso. esta lua veio para mexer, na astrologia védica falam na midsummer moon, na lua que afeta a zona do céu que dá pelo nome de Mula, palavra sânscrita que significa raiz. esta lua dizem carrega um poder espiritual forte. 

e o solstício de verão - o dia mais longo no hemisfério norte é hoje!! vamos encher-nos de magia e rituais, estabelecer objectivos e intenções. esta combinação da lua brilhante com o céu mais intenso vem para abrir o coração e despertar o desejo espiritual. não sente já? ouça o seu íntimo e relembre que só a luz vence tudo.

solstice on the full mOOn day. double dose of celestial light. 

did you already take a look at the moon today? I'm so super connected with the moon, it is like my other half who hears me and guides me when I need, its my star planet. I saw her being born today and it was beautiful and so full of magic. at the same time the longest day of the year - the universe giving us a present: a powerful boost to the universal consciousness creating space for spiritual growth.

it is a rare alignment. and an auspicious one. this moon came to change, in Vedic astrology they call it  midsummer moon, the moon that affects the area of ​​the sky called mula, the sanskrit word meaning root. this moon, they say, carries a strong spiritual power.

and the summer solstice - the longest day in the northern hemisphere is today!! fill yourself with magic and rituals, set goals and intentions. this combination of bright moon with the most intense sky comes to open the heart and awaken the spiritual desire. don´t you feel it already? listen to your heart  and just remember light is the answer.
