a chegada a mysore é sempre emocionante. vir ao centro da prática, à fonte do ashtanga yoga, ver o sorriso do Sharath. e ver os olhos do guru a brilhar quando viu as minhas meninas, muito lindo. 

mysore é uma cidade indiana rica, cheia de palácios e monumentos ocidentais no meio de uma Índia bem tradicional. a índia tem algo mágico que toca o coração e se vê logo nas faces. aqui é tudo pelo coração. é isto que me fascina, é dura é suja é arrepiante por vezes... mas há algo aqui maior e que faz ganhar sentido a expressão Mama India.

Mysore is a rich Indian city, full of palaces and monuments western style in the middle of south India, a very traditional area. its amazing the contracts and how it all melts. India has this magic that touches our heart and immediately can be seen in our faces. here is all about the heart. this is what fascinates me, it can be hard it can be dirty it makes goose bumps sometimes ... but there is something greater and its when you understand the expression Mama India.
