as transições são difíceis, sempre cheias de dúvidas e incertezas, e muita vontade de as viver. muito acontece e tudo parece um filme. a diferença para cada vez que se vai e vem, a viagem, as despedidas, o detach, o desapego do que construímos, and off we go again.

de regresso a bali sinto-me em casa. bali tem essa força e energia, se nos quer, aqui nos recebe. eu sinto-me daqui um pouco, estou longe dos turistas de andar perdido, reconheço os sons, as tradições, pratico com eles, um lado meu será sempre balinês e mais espero das minhas filhas. aprendi a gostar de bali, nao foi paixão à primeira... destrói o nosso lado mais céptico e racional, e que bom hoje posso dizer, de facto sem a prática espiritual diária, sim diária, individual e silenciosa, a vida não tem a mesma magia. Bali é forte, é intenso, pode ser ungrounding, por vezes, magia negra e magia branca, tudo é aceite, e os balineses são uma riqueza imensa. sou uma privilegiada, ouço mantras como som de fundo na minha varanda todos os dias.

os primeiros dias são dias de saudades, aquele attachment pelo que deixamos, em especial por quem deixamos. os rituais que tinha construído, ver o dia nascer a praticar com o Gabriel, e depois com ele comer croissants integrais com queijo fresco, e com a Gaya, Mathias e Philipine, dar aulas de yoga logo depois, vender os meus jumpsuits, ir à praia, estar com as minhas meninas. e recomeçar tudo de novo... foram nem dois meses super bons e a energia portuguesa e aquele sol rejuvesnecedor não tem parente.

cheguei há pouco mais de uma semana e já tanto aconteceu.
primeiro conheci uma senhora que admiro há anos... Vandana Shiva! estive perto dela, abracei-a e lhe pude dizer o quanto a admiro pelo seu trabalho em defesa do nosso bem mais precioso.. as sementes. Se não conhecem, altamente recomendo aqui , porque esta senhora está a proteger-nos, a nós, ao planeta e ao nosso futuro. contra gente que só pode ser muito imbecil e não conta 1 + 1 e apenas o milhões no banco... empresas como a terrível monsanto, syngenta, dupont... um assunto que recomendo a qualquer um informar-se.
que carisma de senhora, são os anjos dos nossos dias.

logo depois veio ter a nossa casa uma pessoa que conhecia de amigos de amigos... foi super forte, tivemos 2 dias juntos e vi um ser humano lmomentsindo, para lá da pessoa que mostra ser, da identidade que tem... homem de sucesso, bem parecido, falante, galante, com tudo. mas a pessoa que vi é bem mais que isso, de uma generosidade imensa, um coração brilhante, um executor de felicidade, um ser deste planeta cheio de energia para fazer o bem. ele partiu mas deixou-me outro anjo, sensível e lindo que se entregou a mim e ao que posso dar. todos os dias temos feito aulas de yoga, e um detox profundo, alimentar e emocional. A Ana quer mudar a vida de top model depois de uma semana aqui connosco e sinto-me tão bem e abençoada por poder dar esta experiência. proporcionei 2 dias raw food e yoga e mais 5 dias de detox, a sumos verdes, jamu e água com limão. tanto a Ana como o Niki estiveram super bem, hope you guys dont go back to retox every day again :)
acabei de me despedir dela e até de doeu o coração!

para acabar Ban Ki Moon visiou a Green School e deixou uma mensagem - as escolas do mundo têm de se adaptar ao mundo que está a crescer, we are one and we are love. e deixou este presente à família... que linda a minha Carlota meu deus.

transitions are always difficult, always filled with moments of doubt and uncertainty, mixed with desire to live. much happens and everything seems like a movie. the journey, the goodbyes, the detach, and off we go again.

returning to Bali feels like home. Bali has the strength and energy like no other place. I feel I am away from being a tourist, i do recognise the sounds, traditions, i practice with them, believe one side will always be my Balinese and hope more of my daughters. I learned to like Bali, it was not love at first ... it destroys our more skeptical and rational side... and its hard...but today I know a individual daily spiritual practice makes life magic. Bali is strong, is intense, can be ungrounding sometimes black magic and white magic, everything is there, and the Balinese are an immense wealth for humanity. I am a privileged, being able to hear mantras as my background from balcony every day.

I loved the rituals I built.. seeing the raising of the day practicing with Gabriel, eating whole wheat fresh croissants after with him and Gaya, Mathias and Philipine, giving yoga classes right after, selling my jumpsuits, going to the beach, being with my girls. and start all over again ... not even two months were super good and the I just adore the sun there, its the best!!

I arrived a little over a week and already so much has happened.
first met a lady who I admire for years ... Vandana Shiva! I was near her, gave her a hug and could tell you how much I love and respect her work in defense of our most precious seeds. If you do not know her, I highly recommend to google her name - this lady is protecting us, the planet and our future. and has the courage to face the evil of this world, people who may just be too imbecile and can only count their millions in the bank... terrible companies like Monsanto, Syngenta, DuPont ...
such a charismatic lady, angels of our days.

shortly after came to our house one person who I knew from friends of friends ... but somehow we had never really connected. at the end was super strong, we had two days together and I saw a beautiful human being, beyond the person who proves to be, the identity that has ... hit man, good looking, talkative, gallant, with everything. but the person I saw is much more than that, of immense generosity, a shiny, an executor of happiness, a being of this planet full of energy to do good. we went a full on program. every day yoga classes, and a deep, food and emotional detox. Ana wants to change her glamorous top model life style for something even better and somehow she found us... and I feel very blessed with the chance of inspiring such an beautiful angel like her. super proud of seeing how you changed - just follow your heart my dear!
just said farewell and my heart hurts a bit :)

to end the week Ban Ki Moon visits Green School and left a message - schools in the world have to adapt to the world that is growing, we are one and we are love. and left this gift to the family ... my beautiful Carlota my god.
I think I can say we had a full VIP week!
