*voltar a casa, a Portugal, à Europa é uma sensação maravilhosa. é inspiração, mesmo vindo de um lugar tão mágico quanto Bali. já cheguei há quase um mês que voou meu deus! chegamos com o solistício para um verão que ainda estava meio envergonhado. mas este cheiro a portugal, este mar, esta cor do céu, que privilegiados somos, que benção, devemos honrar esta maravilha todos os dias e agradecer.

agora passamos uns dias na Baviera, bem no campo. já me convidaram para dar uma aula de yoga que vou dar ao por do sol de sábado para a comunidade de Sandizell! um amor, adorei o convite, depois conto como foi.
são muito dóceis e carinhosas as pessoas aqui. mas tenho de admitir que me faz um pouco confusão a quantidade de carne que ainda é "normal" comer... nao tenho nada contra comer carne, são opções pessoais e eu respeito e aceito mas os nacos e salsichas que vejo comer... omg.. deixam-me meia consternada e de barriga à voltas :::)))

mas uma coisa é certa, viver na redoma de Ubud não vejo como meu futuro a longo prazo. a minha missão está aqui, my dharma, sinto que é em casa que posso dar o meu contributo por pequeno que seja para inspirar a mudar. e sinto que as pessoas estão desejosas de algo novo. as minhas amigas em portugal são umas lindas mulheres cheias de criatividade e estão a fazer um trabalho fantástico para elas, para os filhos e para cada um e nós! sinto que o meu lugar é ao lado delas a contribuir.

enjozing the summer with my girls and family, we have a new baby Allegra, é pura alegria.
being back home, Portugal, Europe is a wonderful inspiration even if you are coming from a place so magical as Bali. Arrived almost a month ago, with the solistice - for a summer that was still half ashamed. but this fresh air of Portugal, this sea, the color of the sky, how privileged we are to have this. we are blessed and should honour this every day...

now spending a few days in Bavaria's countryside. I was invited to teach a yoga class on saturdays sunset to Sandizell community! love, loved the invitation. people here are very docile and loving. but I have to admit it makes me a little confusion the amount of meat that is still "normal" to eat... I have nothing against eating meat, its a personnel choice... but the quatities.. my stomach really turns upside down all the time... :::)))

I love Bali.. but I have this mission as litle as it might be. living in ubud's dome is not my long term future. i feel my mission is here, feel it is at home that I can give my contribution and inspire to change. and I feel that people are eager for something new. my friends in Portugal are such beautiful women full of creativity and are doing a fantastic job for them, for their children and for each and us! I feel that my place is beside them to contribute too.
