e aqui estou eu, já cheia de borboletas na barriga... em contagem decrescente para a Índia, um sonho antigo. daqui a uma semana estarei a praticar no shala com o primeiro na linhagem Asthanga Yoga, Sharath, neto de Sri K. Pathabi Jois.
como será, o que será que vou viver num mês em Mysore?
o mundo do ashtanga yoga venera esta família, com história, dedicação, amor e arte.  que já deixou um legado incalculável na partilha de um saber milenar. yoga é união. aqui é tudo.
vou sem expectativas, vou receber o que me for dado. fisicamente tenho uma pequena lesão no joelho esquerdo, hoje sei que tenho de a aceitar e acarinhar sem puxar ou provocar dor. é mais um processo de auto-cura, no caminho que tenho de atravessar.

é, para mim, um passo gigante. significa muito, deixar as minha filhas pela primeira durante um mês. há muito que falamos nisto mas agora que o momento se aproxima sinto o coração pequenino.

é uma etapa, o início de uma nova. elas crescem, eu cresço. 

mas de uma coisa sei e sinto, se gostar, na próxima levo-as comigo, as minhas natural yoga babes :)

feel the butterflies in  my stomach now that the moment is coming... countdown to India, an old dream. in a week, I will be practicing in te Shala with Sharath Jois and with students from all over the world.
the ashtanga world venerates this amazing sweet little family. they are History, dedication, commitment, love and art. their legacy in sharing this knowledge is yet to define so big it is for the world.
I am coming with no expectations, I will receive what will be given to me. fiscally I have a small injury in my left knee but I know I have to accept it and care without pushing or creating pain. just another process in this self-cleaning process, my path.
it is for me a big step, leaving my girls for a month. for long time we have been talking about it and now that the time is coming, i feel my heart small. its another era. they grow, I grow.
but one thing is for sure, if I love it, I will take them next time with me, my natural yoga babes :)

Temos uma super lua para entrar em 2014! Super luas, foram assim chamadas pela sua proximidade geográfica com a terra. É uma das 5 de 2014. E sendo que é uma lua nova, escrevem os cientistas que é ocasião para procurar raízes. Assim como o lado feminino de cada um, homens e mulheres. Seria um passo gigante para a humanidade!

Em 2014 vamos ter mais com que pensar, equilibrar, preocupar mas o todo, o universo, o equilíbrio, ou deus, dá-nos apenas o que conseguimos aguentar... portanto let's embrace the new windows, as novas oportunidades, tornar a nossa vida mais acolhedora, mima-la, dizer bem, ser generoso, ser aberto e livre! 

E uma lua que inspira respeito mas sinto algo claro, bom, que faz sentido. 

Esta imagem diz muito, venerar a vida. E envolvermo-nos com beleza e simplicidade.

E talvez esta seja uma forma bonita de olhar para o que aí vem, que, na realidade é só ainda imaginação. Presente é agora. Estar presente, alinhar com a qualidade é o que desejo para 2014. Vou usar este presente para agradecer a todos os que tenho a minha volta, que são os melhores amigos e família do mundo! E quero deixar um beijo enorme ao meu marido do coração por partilhar esta aventura comigo.

The Universe blessed us with a super moon to start the year! Super moons are called because of their geographic closeness to Earth. There are 5 through the year and we are happy to have one to begin. Being a new moon, the knowledgeable people say it's a moment to root. And to search our feminine side, man and women if this planet. Would be a great step to humanity!

In 2014 we will have of corse more to think, to balance, to worry but  new seeds are coming to make it worth. And the big house doesn't give you more then you can bare... So let's embrace the new windows, the chances, and make our life cozier, say good things, be kind, generous, open and above all free!

I feel the respect this moon inspires but I see some clarity, care and more sense. 

Venerate life, beauty and simplicity!

Look for the present, where all is perfect. For 2014 I wish to be present and aligned with quality. Using this present to thank all for being, you are the best friends and family I could wish for. And leave a huge kiss to my husband from the heart for sharing this adventure with me.
